My book seems to be broken. What should I do?
If you're experiencing issues with any of our content, please contact our support staff with the following information: device you are using, operating system you are running, and which book you are having trouble with. We'll work on correcting the issue as quickly as possible.

For all technical questions, you can use our online contact form to request assistance from our support team. Tell us what problems you're experiencing, and our staff will respond to you with a solution as soon as we are able.

How can I confirm that my membership was cancelled?
When you cancel your subscription, a confirmation email is sent to the email address that you used when setting up your account.
If you did not receive this email, first check your spam folder; then follow up with a support representative to confirm cancellation and prevent further billing.
How do I contact customer support?
I cancelled my membership, but I am still being billed. What do I do?
If you received an email confirming your membership cancellation, you should not receive any additional charges.
If you continue to be charged, contact customer support and we will correct the error for you.
What is your policy for cancellations?
You are free to cancel at any time, and you will not receive further billing. You will be able to access your account for any remaining paid time on your subscription.
